
Ingredients
1/2 lb Chicken(cut in big pieces)
1/2 cup Curd
2 tsp Chilli powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 cup Oil
Instruction
1. Marinate the chicken with the chili powder, turmeric powder,garam masala powder, salt and curd for at least 1/2 an hour.
2. Now, heat the oil in Kadai and keep the heat in medium flame and fry the chicken for 15 minutes on both sides.
3. Chicken fry is ready. Serve it with Biriyani, Roti.
