
Ingredients:
4pieces Cat Fish
1/2tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
1tbsp Coriander powder
1/2tsp Chilli powder
11/2tsp Salt
1cup Oil
Instructions
1. Marinate the fish pieces with ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, chili powder, and salt. Keep the fish for 1/2 an hour for marination.
2. Now, in a frying pan heat the oil in medium heat and fry the fish for 15 minutes on both sides.
3. Serve the fish hot.
Cooking Tips: Fry the fish in slow flame to get a soft fish fry. Otherwise, if you put it in high flame it will become hard.
