Urulaikizhangu Pattani Poriyal (Aloo Matter Curry)

















Ingredients:
Potato(cut into cubes) - 5nos
Matter(soaked for at least 8 hours) - 1cup 
Onion - 1 large 
Tomato - 1 Large 
Fennel seeds - 1tsp 
Coriander powder - 1tbsp 
Chilli powder - 1/2tbsp 
Oil
Salt for taste
Coriander leaves for garnish
Instruction
1. Cook the matter in a pressure pan till 1 whistle 7 until soft.
2. Heat the oil in a Kadai & splutter the fennel seeds. Then, add the onion and fry till golden brown.
3. Now, add the tomato and cook till the oil comes separately.
4. Add the potato and salt and cook for 15 minutes.Now, drain the mutter and put into the potato and add the coriander powder and chilli powder and cook for another 10 minutes.
5. Garnish it with coriander leaves. This is a side dish for
rice,curd rice and all kind of rice.
Tips: Don't over cook the mutter.It will not taste good.
