Ingredients
- 4 cups Maida
- 11/2 Cups Sugar(Depends on how much sugar you want)
- 4-5 Mashed Banana
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Large Egg(optional)
- 1/2 cup cooking Oil for frying
- Water
- Add Maida, sugar, salt, baking powder, mashed banana and egg in a bowl.
- Then add the water & make the batter little thicker than dosa batter.
- And leave the batter for 15-20 mts.
- Now, In a kadhai heat the oil and using a tablespoon or it is better to use the hand.
- Put the goli in the oil fry till golden brown.
- Serve hot with tea,coffee etc...

its nice to see tamil recipies.we call this pala vadai.how can we make it like a mini ball if the dough is little bit thicker consistency than idli maavu.hope u see this msg soon bcos i am planning to do in another 1 hour.let u know how it comes.how much of water needed roughly.
