Kadai Paneer

The very popular Kadai paneer whenever we go to Indain restaurants we can't miss this dish Kadai Panneer, A vegetarian favorite dish. The Kadai panner got its name because we make the food in a Kadai a kind of wok that is used in Indian. Every house in Indian will have this kadhai which we use in daily cooking. It doesn't mean that you need a Kadai to make Kadai panner, you can make the dish in any pan.

A simple paneer recipe can be made with all the simple ingredients which we have at home. Nothing goes wrong in making this recipe as it is basically panner and capsicum cooked in onion and tomato masala semi-curry which can be made when in 30 minutes. Just you need the time to chop the vegetables.
I used sambar powder if you don't have it just chili powder, coriander powder and Cumin powder in equal ration it will taste the same.

There are many different ways to make Kadai paneer this is my way of making it with my homemade masalas. This can be a good combo for sambar sadam, rasam sadam, a pulka roti, paratha or a naan.
