Naan is a flatbread found in the cuisine of the middle east and in North Indian cuisine. Naan is traditionally cooked in tandoor wood fire oven. A deep clay pot is buried in soil and wood coal is used to make the pot heat and the naan dough is stick on the sides of the pot and cooked.
As it is difficult to make such oven at home. I used a cast iron pan which will give the similar effect as tandoor oven with with the ingredients easily available at home. Typically it is served hot and brushed with ghee or butter.
It is not hard to make naan at home as most people think as we think we can get it only in restaurants. I am showing you a simple method to make soft naan without using yeast.
