There is a even more simple way to make if you have a store-bought Cake mix, just add it to a bowl, add an egg, and few tbsps of corn starch for the crunchy structure. Beat well with water to a pouring consistency and deep fry it. Simple and easy to make a restaurant bought Ice cream at home and within few minutes.
Ingredient
- Bananas - 4(cut into chunky pieces)
- All-purpose flour - 1 1/2 cups
- Corn starch or cornflour - 1/2cup
- Baking powder - 1/2tbsp
- Baking soda - 1/2tbsp
- Sugar - 1/4cup
- Salt - a pinch
- Oil for deep fry
Instructions
- Take all-purpose flour, cornflour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt in a bowl, add water and make into a think runny batter.
- Cut the bananas into big chunky pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan and when it is hot, dip the cut bananas in the batter and deep fry till golden brown.
- Server hot with Ice cream. Vanilla ice cream will be the best choice for fried bananas.
