When we come to restaurants we always order creamy gravies to go with our naan or roti. We always wonder how the restaurant chefs bring the creamy, the special aroma, and the color to the gravy. When I was a kid it was impossible to make the restaurants taste at home. But, we nowadays can make anything we crave at home and can bring that exotic taste at home.
The other day the weather was good and we grilled some chicken and veggies in my outside grill and I made this tikka masala.
This Tikka masala is my little fellows favorite and he wants me to make naan every time I make. This recipe is my own version of making. So simple and easy to make with very few ingredients at home and some fresh cream added. No complications just an easy way of making Tikka Masala.
You use either chicken, veggies, or any kind of meat to make tikka masala. I like the sweetness of grilled onions in the gravy so, I use a lot of onions.
