Tindora curry












Ingredients
  • 1 lb Tindora
  • 1 Medium size onion
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 1/2 turmeric powder
  • 1/4 chilli powder(optional)
  • 1/2 cup Shedded coconut
  • Salt for taste
  • Oil
Instruction
  • Cut the tindora in lengthwise.
  • In a Kadai pre-heat the oil splutter some mustard seeds & add the onion & chilies and fry till golden brown.
  • Now, add the tindora, salt, and turmeric powder and cook in slow flame 15mts. It time to cook.
  • Now, add the chili powder and the shredded coconut and cook for 5 mts.
  • Tindora curry is ready server with chappati, rice.

I love tindora and this is one of my favorite ways of making it, slicing them into long strips rather than rounds.
